Daily Grind
Daily Modes of Operation
Show up daily in your business to ensure lasting success
This quadrant journal of daily modes of operation (DMO) will help ensure you have a well-rounded business. Choose one thing from each category to do each day OR choose one category to focus on for the entire day. Set aside a specified amount of time to work your business daily to avoid burnout & have success. Take that amount of time and divide it into fourths (or alternate every 4 days), being sure to dedicate time to each category. Consider using a habit tracker to monitor your consistency or this journal for network marketers
It’s common to feel defeated when you post something and get little engagement, but what sets apart those who are successful is that they KEEP posting and showing up. People ARE watching. If you stop posting, they will think you’ve lost interest in the product so they won’t want to try it.

Customer Acquisition
Go live applying 3D (talk about anything. Something you like/dislike, current events, a movie/book/quote you like.) Lives, short videos and before and afters are what sell Seint!!
Before lives in your group (night time lives tend to get the most views), TELL ladies WHEN you will be going live and WHAT they will learn in that live. They’re paying you with their time, so deliver something of value. You can even tag people who have shown interest in that before or could use it.
Post every before and after. Save them as an album in your group or as an Instagram highlight bubble
Always post your order link on your posts in your group, a confused mind always says no. They need to be able to find it quickly, not go looking for it.
Get into the habit of posting THANK YOU graphics to those who order. You can do this each time you get the email notification of a new order. It’s a great way to thank your customers for their support and well as show others that they want Seint! It’s a great time to use graphics of our beautiful products. If you get so many orders that this is taking up your entire group, consider one post weekly. I recommend keeping a note in your phone of recent orders. Keep them on there until you thank them.
Always post the link to your group on posts on your personal page.
The “When to Post” App will tell you what time YOUR personal followers are active online so you can schedule posts or do lives at that time.
For inspiration and enhancing your own skills, watch & follow other artists to learn new techniques. Be sure you do NOT copy them or steal their posts & ideas. Make them your own and use them as a guide.
Use Layout by instagram to make collages. It’s simple to throw a selfie in there with pictures of that day’s colors. Then in the future when people want to see those colors, you have a visual for them.
Wordswag, Bazaart & Canva are wonderful, easy apps for creating graphics. Check out inshot for videos. Slow fast slow can speed up and mute videos easily.
Use the app milkshake or linktree to make a super easy link to add to your instagram bio or business card with easy access to things like your beauty group, current order link or color match form. It’s great to give customers this link instead of your current party link so that you can update it and they will always have your most recent one.
You can make your own FREE website from a template in Google sites in less than 2 hours. I’ve even included a Seint artist template for one you can just edit! You can even pay to make a cute short URL for it. Google “buy url” it’s cheap.
Make a highlight bubble on your instagram for all your Seint posts!
Reels on instagram are boosted on the IG algorithm. You don’t have to dance lol
Post about positive feedback you receive from your customers.
Go live and explain why you chose to use Seint and why you love it.
Do a giveaway--a note on giveaways: You may NOT require purchase of any kind to be entered into a giveaway (ex: anyone who orders today is entered to win XYZ). Also, when doing a giveaway, think about what YOU are gaining from giving something away. Consider doing giveaways for things like referrals, growing your group, having your customers help you with content such as submitting their own shadow looks or before & afters, hosting a party/class etc!

Write a script to send to customers as soon as they purchase. Make sure and mention your why and how this supports you. Make sure they know how to contact you in the future and where they can find your group or reorder.
Write a script to send to your ladies when you get notified that their order has shipped. Include the link to your Facebook group or an application video. Remind them not to leave tins out in the hot sun or to let them cool before opening.

When colors come back in stock, tag ladies who wear those colors who haven’t posted in a few months.
Send cards to your VIP customers. There are cute scratch off cards.
If there’s a deal or special, search your group for people who liked the product in the past and tag them in it!
Reach out to customers periodically to see if they need support. Consider keeping a document of who you have contacted. You can do this easily by clicking the button CSV in back office that makes a list of your customers.
Each time you get a repeat order from a customer, thank them & let them know what their support means for you. They love to know they’re funding gymnastics lessons for your kiddos etc.
